How long have you been thinking about moving your kids away from the TV, X-Box, Wii, and Play Station and getting them to play in the great outdoors?   Here’s the perfect opportunity!

As you know, poor nutrition and inactivity are putting today’s youth at risk of developing life-threatening diseases. With no help from the age of computers and video technology we know that children are not getting their daily amount of required exercise.

Here at Adventure Boot Camp for Kids we have developed a boot camp style workout for both boys and girls that will “get children moving” as well as educate them on nutrition in an open atmosphere that makes it all fun.

This is not a sport specific program, although athletes are encouraged to participate to increase their overall conditioning.

Daily boot camp training includes but is not limited to running, calisthenics, agility training relay races, obstacle courses, balance and postural exercises, and kid-friendly nutritional counseling.  Adventure Boot Camp for Kids’ objective is to see improvement in children’s self esteem, confidence, grades, goal setting, weight control, manners, respect, responsibility and social skills.  We will work with each child to be sure that they can at least reach the minimum standard of physical fitness as set forth by The President’s Challenge.
