Corporate

The health and well-being of any given employee on any random day can make or break a company.

Investing in personal and/or group training for your employees provides a valuable and profitable return on investment. So, how does it work?

We begin with an information session for interested employees. Upon determining the number of interested employees, we will draw up a simple contract. Following contract execution, those who enroll in the boot camp will receive a thorough pre-camp evaluation. This evaluation will serve as the base that results are measured from. Upon completion of the four-week program, we will conduct a thorough post-evaluation. Here is where the physical results prove success. The mental and emotional results will be easily recognized by an overall upswing in confidence, enthusiasm, and camaraderie in the office.

Below you will find information describing the benefits of hosting a corporate wellness program, detailed results from previous boot camper’s, testimonials, costs, and an idea of what a typical week of boot camp entails.

We encourage you to spend quality time with this information and call us at 908.268.6414 for the next available start date.

Testimonials

“Thousands of people start something and never finish. They start with enthusiasm. But somewhere along the way they lose the enthusiasm. They decide the rewards weren’t worth the effort. They decided they could live without finding their limits, without challenging their expectations of themselves. Through your boot camp, I’ve conquered my self-imposed limitations. I’ve gone farther, gotten stronger and gotten tougher than I imagined I had room for. I have had the courage to find out whether I am who I think I am. And I’ve found a new strength and I’m learning to trust it. I have also discovered a new weakness, but I understand that it’s a matter of time and training before that weakness is gone. Thank you for coming to Doylestown and teaching this class – it’s been a body-changing, life-modifying experience, and one that will now become part of who I am and how I live!”
Hillary D.

“I’m sure there are many people who would like to do this sort of thing, but are extremely intimidated. You truly made everyone feel comfortable, unafraid, and took the time to make sure we were doing things properly. Your encouraging and positive attitude made it a great experience.”
Danielle S.

“When boot camp started, I only ran 60% of the mile. By the end of boot camp I ran the entire mile in 9:52. The Sunday after boot camp ended I woke up with the fear of losing the ability to run a mile. So I went to Lake Galena and ran…”
Gwen J.

“Your boot camp has been by far the best I’ve experienced – and I’ve been to several different ones throughout the Delaware Valley.”
Claudine A.

“I’m so happy about the changes in my body since starting your boot camp.”
Kim D.

“Although I privately call you the ‘Nazi trainer,’ I think I am actually getting hooked on the chemistry of the workout – which is exactly what I was hoping for. The variety you put in is great – and you are demanding while still being encouraging for those of us who don’t quite live for boot camp.”
Melinda S.

“These sessions have made a real difference compared to any other (program) that I have participated in.”
Brenda T.

“This has really changed my life.”
Carol W.

“All of us come in all shapes and sizes, and in various states of fitness but the common bond was that we were all there for our own personal challenge and strive to do our best. As the weeks passed we encouraged each other to succeed…”
Kathy H.

“I look and feel better than I have in years. I’m definitely planning on enrolling in upcoming boot camps.”
Evelyn D.

“Being married to a United States Marine I’ve always wondered if I had what it takes to complete a boot camp. I DO! The first day of boot camp I showed up suffering from job burn-out, stress-related hypertension, overweight, with high cholesterol, and just plain tired. But I had to see what I was made of. Little did I know that by the end of four very short weeks I’d have lost several pounds and inches, brought my blood pressure back into the normal range, and found myself more optimistic than ever about my future. After the 5:30 boot camp and a healthy breakfast I showed up at work with more energy than I’ve had in years, refreshed and in a positive frame of mind. Each of those things carried through my day, and people noticed. Thank you, Wendy – you have helped me become a better me, but more than that you have given me back quality of life.”
