With my 40th birthday looming, I came to Doylestown Bootcamp wanting to get in shape and feel better about myself. I was out of shape and couldn't even run. From the very beginning, I was amazed how this program could challenge such a wide array of shapes and sizes (from the super fit...to the beginner). Wendy's creative programs, inspirational emails and nutrition guides helped me meet her daily challenges. Every day is different and fun...and surprising to me....doable! With Wendy's mantra of PUSH YOURSELF, I have lost 46 lbs in 3 months. This program (and Wendy's enthusiasm) extend into my everyday lifestyle ...thinking and feeling healthier and stronger. I never in a million years thought I'd "go running" on weekends...but now I do! Thanks Wendy!!

After this morning, I thought now would be an appropriate time to tell you how much I appreciate all of the hard work and thought you put into our morning boot camp sessions. I am so thankful that you do this... I have never been at a place where I am so happy with myself (physically and emotionally) and I know I couldn't have done this without your help.

I have learned so much from you and you inspire me to keep going every day. I tell everyone who will listen to me how great your program is!

Once again, THANK YOU! You're sessions have been an easy-to-fall-into and fun life style change for me.

 After graduating college, I needed to lose the weight that I had gained during the 4 years I spent at school. I tried going to the gym and weight watchers, but it never seemed to be enough to actually get the pounds down and body toned. A friend recommended Adventure Bootcamp and I decided to give it a try. After the first month and 10 lbs down I became addicted. The cardio and weight training, nutrition advice, and Wendy’s constant encouragement have helped me to lose 30 lbs and gain a new sense of self confidence. Thank you to my friends at Adventure Bootcamp and especially to Wendy for helping me down the long road of weight loss!

Tired of being a flunkee/dropout of every diet out there, I was still searching for the one thing that would work for me when a friend told me to call Wendy.  I started out with just the Nutrition piece and I can’t believe how simple Wendy made it … it was easy for me to follow and commit to without feeling deprived. Week by week I watched the pounds disappear. Then I started running a few times a week and saw even better results. Finally, I signed up for bootcamp and have watched more inches melt away in the past 3 weeks. To say I’m amazed with the changes in just 3 months is an understatement. I’m floored! And I owe it all to Wendy. Her motivation and constant support make everything possible. This program is life-changing!

I started Boot camp in March of 2011 just after Hatfield Athletic Club closed. I had already lost about 70 lbs from the start of my healthy lifestyle journey about a year prior to joining Boot Camp. I didn't really know what to expect, I just knew I needed to do something so I could continue exercising and also avoid gaining all the weight back. Wendy is such an incredible inspiration. She quickly earned my trust and I gained strength I didn't even know I was looking for. I started out barely squeaking out one push up, jogging 1/2 lap and using a 10 lb kettle bell. Hour by hour, day by day and week by week I could feel myself become stronger and healthier. Now, I am up to doing reps of push ups, jogging 6 miles and using a 20 lb kettle bell (maybe pushing to 25 lbs soon). It's not the push ups, jogging, or kettle bells that keep me coming back for more. What really keeps me coming back are a few things... 
~ it's been the best outlet for me to relieve my stresses. For me, stressed out days =  better workouts!
~ it's the feeling of accomplishment and empowerment I get every time I reach personal milestones.
~ it's a feeling of vitality (the best reason of all)

I am in control of how I treat my mind and my body and I have learned that from Boot Camp, Thanks Wendy!

Oh, and one more thing I have learned...
~ "Whether you think you can or you can't, you are right"
