Thanks Kathy,
Great workout again, I can already feel it in my legs and arms (and I'm sure my abs will start aching soon, too). I just want to tell you what a great job your doing, you're very motivational and I look forward to class (which is a far stretch from last Monday). I have a long way to go, but I feel stronger and better about myself than I have in ages.
Thanks again and have a great weekend,
Brenda
Hey Kathy- just wanted to say - in your native language! -YOU KICKED MY "---" BUTT TODAY!! that stability ball is a killer!! - plan on seeing me next session- i miss it when i don't do it- thanks for all the great tips- my hubby can see me getting toner and stronger- my 8 year old daughter says she has a "hot mama"- not sure about that- the whole bathing suit thing sends chills up my spine!!! but the way i look at it is - some people will always look better then me and some people will look worse then me!! i need to be happy with being in the middle somewhere!! I will definitely run while I am on vacation!!

I just want to say how happy I am that I did this. I know its only been three weeks but I do see a difference in my body already. I can't run for crap and I know that will improve in time, but that put aside, the power walking has been good and all of the exercises have been great. I'm getting back some definition that I lost long ago and it feels great.
Thank you Kathy for pushing us to do more than we think we are capable of. I won't be able to sign up again this next time as we are saving for our Trip to Italy this fall, but I will sign up soon after that and again after the holidays if you guys are having them during the winter...I know you mentioned the township letting you use an indoor facility. See you tomorrow.

Kathy, today was a great session, for me, this is what I need to be doing, the entire session was hard, no chance for cheating! If I did this every time, I would be noticing a huge overall fitness improvement.
Thanks,
Carroll I.
Hey Kathy,
Just wanted to let you know that I really enjoyed today's workout. As I probably mentioned before, I love this sort of combination training. I was exhausted and I'm sure I'll feel it tomorrow, but it was and will be a great feeling.
Still haven't decided whether I will re-up for the next session. I may have also mentioned before that I particularly hate waking up at 4:30 and this is probably the only thing that will make up my mind...but we shall see if my alter ego makes that decision or the early morning wakeup hater.
This me understands the logic of it all and the positive results....but some minutes the I-don't-care attitude wins. We shall see.
Once again, thanks for the variety of this morning's workout and stepping it up a notch. Sometimes I hardly notice the changes and just look at it as something different that you're 'making' us do, so it's nice to know that you are pushing us up to higher notches without pointing it out all the time....sometimes the less this me knows, the better..HAH! I feel ever so much stronger and my stamina is getting back to what I have experienced years ago. But the improvement in my stamina, lung capacity and strength does boost my psyche.
As always, Thanks,
Susan
Hi Kathy,
It's been a killer two days for sure! It's all good stuff.
Thanks for keeping us all going and staying positive.
See you in the a.m.
Nancy
Also -- Great session today. I am hooked after one day. As a runner who typically does very little strength training, I am really happy to have sore arms this morning. :)
