With my 40th birthday looming, I came to Doylestown Bootcamp wanting to get in shape and feel better about myself. I was out of shape and couldn't even run. From the very beginning, I was amazed how this program could challenge such a wide array of shapes and sizes (from the super fit...to the beginner). Wendy's creative programs, inspirational emails and nutrition guides helped me meet her daily challenges. Every day is different and fun...and surprising to me....doable! With Wendy's mantra of PUSH YOURSELF, I have lost 46 lbs in 3 months. This program (and Wendy's enthusiasm) extend into my everyday lifestyle ...thinking and feeling healthier and stronger. I never in a million years thought I'd "go running" on weekends...but now I do! Thanks Wendy!!

I must tell you, you never ceased to amaze me.  I would think a day may not have been as difficult or beneficial as others and then the next day or two start feeling an ache here and pain there and say to myself, " Damn that girl!  She is good!" and then I would laugh to myself.  So I thank you , thank you and thank you!   I hope you realize how important what you do is and how much you affect peoples lives.
