Wendy Yazujian and/or members of her staff are available for in-home personal training – your home or hers.

Training sessions currently available:

  • One-on-one
  • Couples
  • Small group
  • Sport-specific Team Training

Training sessions are appropriate for all ages 8 – 80!

Personal training includes but is not limited to:
An initial evaluation will include testing your body fat percentage and measurements, along with a weigh-in.  Simple strength, flexibility and endurance test are given prior to training and again every 4 weeks to note progress.
