Personal training sessions are appropriate for all ages 8 – 80!
Working with a personal trainer in Bucks County includes, but is not limited to: An initial evaluation will include testing your body fat percentage and measurements, along with a weigh-in. Simple strength, flexibility and endurance test are given prior to training and again every 4 weeks to note progress.
Functional training – training you with nothing heavier than that of your own body.
