After a short 16 weeks of training in boot camp, Katie has gained muscle and lost body fat! She is looking for a very sculpted look in her wedding dress. Katie looks fantastic!

I started out on my journey September 16, 2016. I weighed almost 152 pounds. I was bloated, tired, eating terribly and the heaviest I had been in my life. I had struggled with eating disorders and bad habits my whole life; I had to make changes.
The mental hurdles I had to overcome were hard; I had virtually no metabolism whatsoever. How was I going to start eating regularly and still lose weight? I started nutritional cleansing and doing mild workouts most mornings. I was eating right and regularly and the weight started to fall off. I completed my first 16 week challenge and lost 20 pounds and 42.5 inches off of my body. I felt amazing.
Right around the end of January, 2017 I started Doylestown Boot Camp with Wendy to tone up and get stronger. My Maid of Honor and I started together to motivate ourselves for my upcoming wedding September 23, 2017. We attend twice a week and have a blast. It is a “no judge zone” with great people from all age groups and strength levels. Everything we do can be modified to our fit everyone’s capabilities. We laugh, we sweat and we work really hard.
Wendy is such a joy and source of inspiration and motivation. She truly believes in each and every one of us. Each class is different and unique and I always leave feeling better about myself and my progress. It’s hard work, but it really pays off. As Wendy often says; ” you can do anything for a minute.”
